Martin - and perhaps others - If you say that historically there never was a Ruby Mk. 1 Van, you've obviously never been to Australia. The only difference I recall was that the spare wheel didn't fit into the rear floor gap as in later models, the doors were clean to their base. The spare was either carried inside or on the roof, whereas our Utes did have the hatch under the tailgate for the 5th wheel. Sorry I can't do photos on this site. Cheers, Bill in Oz
