I don't expect this is relevant, but:


The Austin "Assembly Drg" of what I would call the AAK, dated August 1934, simply has "AK" as the designation.

Another thought: Is it possible that the person that put the i/d on the tunnel picked up the wrong punch, and didn't bother to correct it?
