Started to install the floors and steering column.
I put captive studs in the chassis rails so the floors
are easily fitted and lifted.
Mostly had been trial fitted with lots of template making
before painting so
going together without too much trouble.
Looks like I will have to put in an extra alloy cover plate to
protect the bulkhead wiring and old BT junction boxes
( they each have Bakelite covers).
This wiring is at the top of the toe board and needs
something to stop feet affecting the connections.
Once all this is in place I can make the carb, choke, and distributor
linkages.
Weather deteriorating so work on wings, usually done outside , suspended.
