I'm with ChrisKC; at these temperatures you might opt for a 0W / 30 multigrade available (a o) from Castrol. As a rule of a thumb in my Alfa Romeo days we used to keep 80 degrees centigrade as the minimal 'operational' oil temperature before we'd give a car the boot, which could take quite some time with those finned sumps.... So pre-warming up might be a good idea.
