If it is BD94 you require this is looks quite close:-

It is for a hole diameter of 14 mm as opposed to 17/32" (13.5 mm). If it doesn't fit as is you should be able to cut a small bit out and re-glue it.

If you search for strain relief or sleeve grommet or cable sleeve you may find other possibilities.

Edit - Just noticed the long delivery on the above item. This one for a 13mm hole may be better:-
