From January 1935 “ Practical motorist”

Not that it is particularly helpful but  tokyo department stores sell various rubber blocks, I brought some last year to modify for Wolseley engine mountings but found a different source.

Googling Land Rover bump stops brings up an impressive array of possible candidates

I will try again to attach and send the photo
