My sister is 21, and we really want to get her onto the fleet policy, failing that we'll put one car in her name and she can drive that until she is 25.

I think she got a quote on a Morris 1000 Traveller at around £300, though we'd need it registered in her name. I can't recall where the quote was from.

If the OP or anyone else has success on a cost effective basis I'd be interested to know
