In addition, who would want to invest in the UK with the highest energy costs in the world, together with a new and vast raft of measures that appear to discourage employment? Oh well. The hope is that a new government will be in place by 2030 and Net Zero abolished.
Why does anyone want Net Zero to be abolished? Expensive electricity and gas are good. Increase the prices enough and people will be forced to change to a better sustainable lifestyle. If worldwide we could get people to consume less goods it might be enough to slow down global warming.
Unaffordable electricity is good!
