I missed last year's outing unfortunately and now it seems that the event has been sterilised by the zealous application of H&S regulations.
The new format is based around a walk of the old course through the streets and there may be a "tulip" rally around the local countryside.
It would appear that too much fun is bad for you and so you can't have it anymore....
