well since I last posted here I have gotten organized enough to start in on the nippy. got the left hand drive pedals figured out and will start on the body work from the bottom up. floors/sills/door jambs. checking for twists/bends I find the tail end is pushed to starboard about 5/8". otherwise things look pretty straight. I wonder what the original tolerances were at manufacture? I have rebuilt bodies from different manufacturers and find the japanese to be the most strict. even the germans will give you +/- 3-4mm in most cases.
