For that amount I would want the barber's shop quartet thrown in as well.

Not sure 1950s student cars ran to paint?

Considering the model and the garish, General Motors Pulsating Primrose paint finish, he'll be lucky to find a buyer at well under half the asking price. Unfortunately, a careful examination of the pictures also shows poor attention to detail.

Tsk! Come now, we are being picky. The thing comes with 'an extra painted wheel and tyre and original folding rear rack'. That's got to be worth the extra £20k, surely?

Of course it did! I repainted my Seven (with Valspar) more often than I washed it.

I can believe that - the first Ruby I was offered (by a dealer in the NE) when looking for one to restore in 1997 had been painted with Dulux.
