Can someone from the web management team give Gene a hand with logging on to the forum please? He's been having trouble with accessing the forum for a while and is still unable to log on.

I helped him reset the account last year and never heard anything back.
I can try and help him again, when I am home.

I have now looked back over the communication from him at that time, his password was reset and login successful from my end.
I suspect that his computer is causing the issue, not us, unfortunately.
