My conclusion is that its had a genuine 7 identity off another vehicle. The van might be favourite.

Not necessarily in modern times, no one gave a monkeys back in the day.

Fundamentally its a nicer registration than an age related plate. In my view, better on this than it being on some kn0bheads chelsea tractor.
