Can anyone please advise is there a way to make space in my inbox here without deleting old mail?

I've tried creating an archive folder & shifting some mail over but I still seem to be at the limit.

Otherwise can mail be exported for retrieval elsewhere e.g. in Outlook?

Ahhh this explains why I couldn’t send you some more info on my line boring progress, Thankyou for your help. It’s progressing

Choose "Download Messages" from top line options.
.then "All Folders", file format ",csv"

this will let you download the messages to an Excel spreadsheet.
not ideal but better than losing them.
