Hi john,
my details are as given above.

I am however changing a lot of my business, so the phone gets turned off so I can concentrate on that.

This week,
I have three large orders I need to get ready for people collecting, so the phone again was turned off today so I can catch up.

I don't know how others manage, but as a sole trader I find it hard to answer the phone and remember were I put my spanner down when I come back to it. I find it doesn't leave much time for post.

If the phone is turned off, it solves two of these problems. Answering it, and wondering were I put that spanner down
