A French postcard - a stranded lady and her cyclecar - a suitably amusing caption?

A bit more leg and a bit less spanner if she wants someone to stop and help.
They said to twist the axle with a big spanner to alter the castor, and now the steering is impossible. I have taken the doors off but still cant fit in. If I unbolt the top fence rail I will be able to push it in. The first guy with a real car and I will make his day.

"There, fixed it and not on a mark on my frock"

Merde, I should have used a torque wrench

Fess up Tony. What is the story? Surely the spanner, period though it is, is photoshopped.
And why is it blue colouring under the front wheel?

No photoshop this time I promise - it's all original. Yes, the spanner is from the period, I've seen several like it in old tool kits.

"Why didn't I put that big hammer in my tool-kit?"
