Trying to trace a past owner... and apparently a Fred Goodman occupied a Bedford bedsit in 1969ish. Had an engine in pieces inside and a Speedex shell in a lock up out from the edge of town. Does his name ring any bells for anyone? Was probably young-ish then so may well be around!

thankyou.
Not looking good for continuity. With one, the ?wife also no longer at that address two years after his occupancy ceases. The other just disappears.
Austin 7s were probably less likely to be memories of the 'significant other' too, particularly if they weren't even together in his Speedex period!

I wouldn't hold out much hope for the bedsit Jon, so many come and go. You might have more luck with the lock-up, there can't be many of them in Gt. Barford, it's a tiny place. If you have either address message me, can't make any promises but a penny may drop. Of course there must be something in 'public' records but not many councils, libraries, etc. will share them nowadays.
