An eBay seller has this on offer - though at rather too high a price. A midsummer rather than a Christmas scene, but does anyone recognise the location?
It's actually a December 1936 issue not 1934. I only looked it up because accurate period photos are very useful and I was drawn to the fact that the radiator cowl (the grill bit) appears to be body colour not silver as I think it would be on a new deluxe Ruby.

Yes, 1936. BYX number is listed as being London, 1935. https://www.oldclassiccar.co.uk/registrations/yx.htm
Well done for finding that. Happily, almost the same scene including the shed extension to the right of the main house - and even a red phone box. The Ruby ghost returns to its holiday haunt.
