If that's the case, can you explain how you have come to the conclusion that a lack of caster/castor is the source of your problem. How have you measured or quantified it?
I'm sure I'm not alone in thinking you're approaching this from the wrong direction.

Would not some photographs make it easier to see what is the apparent problem?

Hi Clive. Just read your points re this not being a wind up. As I said to you I have now bout 7 degrees caster angle which has given me more trail and self steering. It is way better than as I got the car and at any time as my mod is an addition I can revert back as it was. I had a little run out the other day and will leave as is and report as to how all is after some more miles. Now I need to get the brakes to work better and frst thing is to fit soft brake linings. If you haven't found it, I think you are remembering the YouTube post titled 'great british car austin 1930' [sic] posted by Stu It Yourself ?
The cars featured were a 12/6 Eton open road tourer, 'Ten' Cambridge saloon, a 'Fourteen' Goodwood saloon and a 'Ten' open tourer.
