It's a broad gauge Indian Government Railways (I.G.R.) WG Class 2-8-2 built by the North British Locomotive Company, Glasgow in 1950.

Don't think so - different cab, different tender and different wheels. I think the boiler looks different as well...

Depends on the gearing, but I think Terry uses the same as me. It's between 87 and 93 mph depending on whether it's a 4.9 or 5.25 axle.
