Having read the advert for the 'cheaper' lamp, I have my doubts.
As far as I know any genuine Lucas lamp would have some sort of marking, even if only a small sequence of numbers, and I can't think what model of Rolls Royce it would sit comfortably on.
I might be completely wrong of course.
The seller may just have an optimistic idea of its worth, but being up for auction, the market will decide.
