Registering historic,classic DVLA updating guidlines

The DVLA have put out a detailed summary of existing regulations and procedures, and possible changes; and is asking for comments to retain existing procedures or recommend changes.
Does the Association have a preferred response to the situation? I no longer receive the FBHV newsletters, but assume they will have an opinion on this.
