Road Tax Reminder

This year I haven't received the usual annual reminder through the post - for whatever reason.  

Fortunately, I remembered before the end of the month. 

It was straightforward to go on-line to renew the tax without the reminder, using the V5C instead.

I pay the £30 annual duty for my "modern" by direct debit. It's a shame you can't do the same for tax-exempt cars but the DVLA can't deal with DDs for £0.00.
