The spring pictured broke in my RType saloon door catch dose anyone know where I can obtain a new one

Possibly not helpful as it's hard to get a proper picture of the dimensions, but do you think it possible with a little bending you could use a distributor cap clamping spring? If so, I have a few odd ones here

I have all my replacement springs made by Tested Spring Co in Tividale, Birmingham. One offs a speciality.
