Winged wheel logo
#1
Hello All
Does anyone know if there is a digital image of the original Austin Winged Wheel logo that can be downloaded and freely used.
Many thanks.
Adrian.

Have you searched the archive, would be surprised if there isn't one there?
Enjoy yourself, it's later than you think!

ThanksĀ  Andy
There are plenty of documents with the logo on but I cannot find just the logo on its own.

I dont think the Archive holds an original Drawing of the Winged Wheel. There is a drawing (copy thereof) of the Austin script, that from memory, dates from 1919 but that's all as far as 'Non-engineering' stuff is concerned

Adrian,

Google "Austin Logo", then click "Images". There are others. Good hunting, Mike

Thanks Hugh, Mike.
I wonder if Austin even had a definitive version of the logo. Much of the literature has slightly different versions of the logo and the script. I guess they didn't have cut and paste so each publisher would have had to redraw it from scratch.
Thanks again.
Adrian.
