Thank you for sorting out the link for me!
The AG is now running well and looks far better than it was in the 60's! The body is now very  strong...NO bondo! 
I will add a current picture. I don't think I will be able to recover the original number .....a fuzzy clip from  a cine probably won't cut much ice with them! I may have a set of HK plates made up, and if anyone has a period HK motor club or HK Police car badge I would like to hear from them
