Hi, When I was 9 years old I was lucky enough to own a 1932 Austin 7 Saloon. My biggest regret in my adult life was that I had to sell it to fund my next car. Today I looked on the Government’s web site to find that it is is still being tax. I would love to know where my treasured car is now. The reg number is GY 7749. Does anyone know of its whereabouts?

Go to the A7CA site, and you will find that it was at some time in Cambridge. The record does not show any associated club at the present time, but it is worth emailing the Registrar with an enquiry and asking him to forward it to the last person on the record. Normal practice is for him to pass on enquiries through the last club it was recorded with. It is then up to the final recipient of your message to respond if they wish.
