Just the atrocious rear number plate and the dodgy registration would have been enough to keep me well away.
The Nippy, on the other hand, looked a bargain at £7,000 (plus premium)
At that level - close to £30,000 - I would have thought that just a modest percentage increase would obtain a 'more genuine' example. Trouble is, few exist.
