Would she be wearing lisle stockings which would make it a 1920s/1930s era photograph? I am not an expert on stockings by the way. Lisle has a different appearance ( less see-through) to modern hosiery as you may have noticed.

I'm with John, to my eye this looks more like 1960's (or thereabouts) than 1920's-30's, mainly based on the appearance of the lady rather than the car; though I cheerfully acknowledge that occasionally genuinely 'vintage' photos can look surprisingly modern. Nice picture either way.
What's that on the passenger side of the windscreen?
