After changing a starter motor on a modern car yesterday and learning that there are no service exchange any more the old unit was sent to the council scrap. I found this video on youtube

Done a few my self in previous life. Our local motor rewinder is thinking of weighing in all his cable as no one asked for rewinds anymore?

That's typical of the 'throw away' age we now live in. Lots of good old fashioned firms have bitten the dust.
I'm hooked on these series of films that show how resourceful and clever some folk are in less affluent countries. Having said that the H&S chaps would have a field day!
