Can anyone confirm the grease nipples for the genuine original Big 7 shackles is 5/16 X 22BSF.
Are the ordinary 7 shackles also 5/16 X 22 BSF?

I thought they were BSP? Am sure that's what I bought and fitted.
Enjoy yourself, it's later than you think!

Ordinary Seven is 1/8" BSP.
I seem to remember that the Big 7 was 5/16 BSF with it's horrible screw thread spring pins and shackles. The same thinking (probably the same designer) went into the lower fulcrum pin on the A30 of 1952 and carried on until the last MG Midget in 1979. I still have the scars on my hands from several encounters with the wretched things (the A35/A40/MG Midget version).
