Up north in cold Yorkshire there would be nothing to smuggle. Yes Bob the term budgie smugglers to me refers to tight speedos with a pronounced bulge. To really impress the ladies the insertion of a potato down the smugglers does the trick provided it’s put down the front and not the back.
