Thanks, pm in return.
Make sure there is not a sharp edge at the top of the bore, remove it with a bearing scraper, or very fine round file.

Isn't a +.080" Seven ring still going to be a lot smaller than a +.060" Big Seven ring?
According to the Cornwall club site the Big Seven bore starts at 2.235", .035" bigger than the Seven. http://www.austin7.org/Data%20Pages/Tech%20Data/

Do we know what oversize this it, have I missed something?
Not seen that it’s already at .060” but if it is then my rings will be too small .
