Recent British Car Rally in Ottawa, Canada.
850 cars present, only 0.01% pre war. This was one! Not on the A7CA Register.
Middlesex reg.  1934 Type PD 2-seater tourer ?

I'm not sure who did the maths for the press release, but that one car as a percentage of 850 is 0.12%.

If our Canadian cousins state percentage in the format where 20% is 0.2 then that one car at 0.01% was just one of 8. Thin pickings indeed.

Nice to see a bit of patina on the wings.

It may be an honest estimate of the amount of the car that is genuinely pre1939.
