Nippy Gauges
#11
If any of those gauges end up surplus to requirements, I'd be happy to buy them. Trying to complete the set for my RP.

The faces are different on RP and Ruby fuel gauges with the RP one being marked in gallons and (at least some of) the ruby ones as 1/4 1/2 etc. The ruby one I have also doesn't have the needle stops on the face.

Sadly both the ones I own are beyond my repair capabilities!

Hi Geoff,

Thanks for your reply and the information. If I'm honest I'll just keep hold of the gauges for now until I've completed the dash. I will probably end up using the 2H1417 fuel gauge, and I believe the ammeter is correct for my car but if I have anything left over I'll let you know.

It just puzzles me why the part number is different, because I believe Nippy's used the 'gallon' gauges and as far as I am aware the tank capacity isn't different.

Thanks again

Matthew
