I was at the annual Morgan Club festival at Brooklands last month where "StarterMotor", a charity whose mission is to get young people interested in classic cars,  were in attendance.

As part of the day they were allowed to enter their racing Austin 7 into the autosolo, the only non-Morgan taking part. The 19-year-old driver James Mabley put in a very spirited performance and posted the 3rd fastest time! 

It also had a run up the test hill...

Just opened my August club magazine (the Morgan Cub that is!) and there's a nice mention of James Mabley and the "StarterMotor" A7.
