Dont worry, it's not wound me up or anything.
Like I say non of this is to be taken in a bad way.
It's just to point out why things are the way they are.
You are the one who is brave enough to put it in words, many people grumble about the prices, but are not so brave.
If I had my way, prices would be as they were 30 years ago when I started, we could by it cheap. It was alot easier selling at cheaper prices. Beaulieu only charged £30 for spring, instead of £75. And £70 for september instead of £175.
I think most at beaulieu, are businesses. Full or part time. And probably see things as rolling stock. Just that as cars have been completed. There are less buyers. Especially in the larger car market.
I did notice, the actual pre-war car parts. Were fewer and far between than years ago. (Not the people looking for them, so dealers put less out).
