One would assume that he may have retained some of the Ulster body panels and super structure, however the picture is not clear enough to tell. That assumption may be wrong as he could have started down the lightweight path as well as lowering the outline and attempting to reduce drag. Would be good to know if there are any period descriptions or the car written up by motoring press of the day. The other car screaming out for a repro and seemingly overlooked by many is the Campbell car, had my friend Joss lived it was to be his next project.
