Item 2 looks like it could be a tool used to bend the tabs to secure the small round decorative chromed centre piece in a spoked wheel centre. When I get my wheel back from being straightened and respoked I'll need something like that as to reinstall the centre piece which has to be removed so as to install the new spokes.

The middle dog nosed bolt is probably for locking the 3 bearing camshaft centre bearing.

It is extremely gratifying being able to start working through my small pile of unknowns.
