EK - County Borough Council of Wigan.
EK 3000 was issued in April 1924.
Looks like our Lancashire lady was " a bit of a gal. "
N/s running board seems to have had more use than the o/s.

I featured the first picture as Picture of the Month in February 2018; the original post was from Robin Boyce. All the others are new to me, what a splendid collection... and yes, I agree, it looks like a 1923 car (EK is a Wigan registration that ran from 1903 to 1934, so hard to date accurately from that). There's no choke cable through the radiator shell, so presumably the car has an electric starter.

I well remember the Picture of the Month, Feb. 2018. It went on to form a "caption competition" which pruduced one of the funniest answers I ever saw! I should warn you that I am an elderly, white, chauvinistic, hetrosexual male, so those of you of a delicate P.C. nature had better not look it up! Cliff.
