ill bet it was bought with a V5.
that way they are not challenged by the DVLA for anything they do to the car.
chopping these good useable cars went crazy when the DVLA got aukward over what they would give paperwork to.
they have realy relaxed things over the last 18 months, and things come back from them alot quicker now.
so there is no need for GOODÂ cars to be broken now.

I'm keeping an eye. The body on the Ruby I have here is totally farm trucked. Most of the floor is fibreglass stuck to scale. And it has no rear wheel arches. Its a wonder the body didnt fall off on the way home!
