Spike - splitting hairs, but it's actually a '28 or '29 Triumph Super Seven 2 Seat Tourer Deluxe, the thickness of the radiator is pre '30. See my post above for the radiators in the different years. The middle car CJS438EC has been in my family for 57 years & is a '30.

Thanks fellahs. If anyone can name the particular issue of the Automobilre I will try and track down. City library may retain. Or perhaps someone could summarise, or offer their own observations. Minors seemed to disappear early; many had fabric bodies. but the robust looking Morris Eights were still quite common here in the late 1950s
