this crankshaft was in with some parts that came with my nippy. the only marks on it are "13 08 17" stamped on a web. the mains surfaces mike good and it is not cracked. thinking about using it in my interim motor in the nippy. is this of austin mfg? or something else?

It is a factory 1930/31 crank. The number stamped on it is the engine number of the engine to which it was originally fitted.
