A friend recently spotted this when passing through Disley. It is on display at a local garage there.

Yes i saw it some years ago in the same garage, the way the chassis has been extended I wouldn't like to drive it.

What has been done, I wonder? Obviously, it isn't easy to sensibly extend an A-frame. Was it ever MOT'd and on the road?

Somewhere I've got some photos of the car including the chassis extensions which are some lengths of angle iron. I asked the garage owner how drive it drive to which he said appallingly particularly cornering.
