Parked side-by-side at the hotel: an Ulster and a Ferrari 599 - Tony Griffiths - 13-07-2024 Parked side-by-side at our hotel: Ulster and a Ferrari 599 RE: Parked side-by-side at the hotel: an Ulster and a Ferrari 699 - jpsmit - 14-07-2024 Austin please RE: Parked side-by-side at the hotel: an Ulster and a Ferrari 699 - Chris Garner - 14-07-2024 I think one of the attractions of the 599 was that it was the last V12 car to be produced with a manual transmission, although very few were made in this spec. RE: Parked side-by-side at the hotel: an Ulster and a Ferrari 699 - JonE - 14-07-2024 no, that's Giallo Fly! Corpulent. RE: Parked side-by-side at the hotel: an Ulster and a Ferrari 599 - Bob Kneale - 23-07-2024 WP2652 was a '31 RM rolling bodyshell 'Shed Find' in Gloucester, that got me involved with Austin Sevens. A College friend acquired it in 1971 and I was involved in its rebuild that year. Structurally sound, I hope it survived being used as a donor body, and not used as a 'hot rod'! Bob RE: Parked side-by-side at the hotel: an Ulster and a Ferrari 599 - Chris Garner - 23-07-2024 Seen before, but I'd forgotten about it... RE: Parked side-by-side at the hotel: an Ulster and a Ferrari 599 - AustinWood - 23-07-2024 At the BVAC meeting. RE: Parked side-by-side at the hotel: an Ulster and a Ferrari 599 - Dave Mann - 24-07-2024 I'd been parked some distance from the truck on Arran and when I returned to the car I moved it to get this photo, I'd no sooner got out of he car when the truck engine started, I got the photo and then moved the Seven. The truck moved forward to let another in behind. |
