Book Recommendations - MatthewMyerscough - 23-05-2024

Hi Everyone,

I have just finished reading Geoff Roe's book about Bert Hadley. It was a fascinating and interesting read, I would certainly recommend it.

It got me thinking, having previously read the 'Recollections of Freddie Henry' (another great book), are there any other books out there that recount personal experiences of staff that worked at Longbridge at the time of the Seven?

Thanks

Matthew

'Men and Motors of The Austin' by Barney Sharratt covers much more than just the Austin Seven years, but worth searching out.

Hi Mike

Thank you, I'll keep an eye out for a copy, it sounds equally as interesting. I particularly like reading the 'first hand' accounts for the fascinating insights.
