High Compression Ratio Heads - Charles P - 14-05-2024 I did have a note of how much the CR increases when you machine a '37 head, but I can't find it. I recall that the standard head is 1" thick but want to know how much taking 40 thou off impacts the theoretical CR Can anyone help? Thanks Charles RE: High Compression Ratio Heads - Colin Morgan - 14-05-2024 As a start, this page has some useful information: https://www.ba7c.org/technicalArticles/compressionRatios.html RE: High Compression Ratio Heads - Charles P - 14-05-2024 (14-05-2024, 06:25 PM)Colin Morgan Wrote: As a start, this page has some useful information: Perfect - thanks Colin |
