Does anyone know if there are any gaskets unique to this before I take it apart for cleaning?
Zenith/Burlen don't appear to recognise the model

Nor is a Zenith 30 VR1 listed in my September 1950 catalogue of Zenith carbs going back to the 1920's - I suspect it must be a post 1950 carb. The nearest I can find is a 30 VE1.

After close examination using a jewellers Loupe glass it is
30 VE1 serial no6925 (possibly 3925)

According to the 1950 Zenith Catalogue:
30 VE1 C.S. No. 527 was 1933 - 36 Nippy - Choke: 21, Main: 85, Comp: 55, S.R: 60, Prog: 90
30 VE1 C.S. No. 528 was 1933 - 36 Austin 10 Sports - Choke: 24, Main: 110, Comp: 45, S.R. 60, Prog: 80
30 VE1 C.S. No. 698 was late 1936 Austin 10 with cast iron head - Choke 23, Main: 95, Comp: 50, S.R: 60, Prog: 80
There are no four digit C.S. numbers in the 1950 catalogue starting either 6 or 3, they all start with 1. The nearest I can find is an F925, but this is a 30 VEAH-3 carb.
Looking at the present Zenith / Burlen website, both the model type and C.S. numbers differ from those shown in their 1950 catalogue which is all a bit confusing !
Nippy is listed as 30VM-5 with C.S. 855A
Austin 10 Sports as 30VM-6 with C.S. 1228
Austin 10 with cast iron head as 30VM-4 with C.S. 699
All the 30VM carbs appear to use the same gasket pack GP6 @ £4.30p - whether the earlier type 30 VE1 carbs used this same gasket pack is uncertain.

Well the bowl is off ...lots of sediment & various holes bunged up! jets cleaned out, I'll note the numbers!
I haven't yet removed the emulsion block (?) with it's seven cheese head screws.
Not much in the way of gaskets yet (except needle valve & banjos).
I wonder if I dare put it in the ultrasonic cleaner (for jewellery!)

You might like to consider what is going to happen to any loosened sediment from ultrasonic cleaning - to my way of thinking there is a risk that it could block up one of the fine passages which are difficult to access. Maybe using a fine nozzle on an air line afterwards would clear things through ?
