I’m on holiday in the area and was wondering if anyone can give me map reference for Crackington hill as used in the Lands End Trial. Thanks

SX158961 gets to the start according to the MCC website. The hill is to the south east of Crackington Haven.

Sorry I can't join you in my locality to go over to Crackington as I am in Hospital having another attempt at a blocked artery by-pass.
Look out for the two concrete steps that used to be near the top....don't know who put them there or why but they can be wheel busting and/or exhaust removing. Long time since i last took the Nippy special up in the MCC trials. Poor Nippy languishing part rebuilt while I get part rebuilt.
Photo of Beggars Roost also nearby.....quite tame but may even have a new housing estate up each side!!!
