It looks to me as if it might be overseas somewhere? A little bit too sunny for Berkshire.
I can't make out the marking on the door though. If you blow it up it looks like Chinese characters, but they may just be artefacts of digitisation. The uniform would doubtless be a good clue to someone in the know.
